My passion for fitness started over 10 years ago, originally it was just a hobby but it soon developed into much more. I found that fitness and nutrition became a very valuable tool to nourish my lifestyle for the better. After spending most of my 20's in a rather toxic world, years of under nourishing my body and feeding it with crap, it was like a lightbulb moment that I knew needed action!
I decided that if I could make a change then I wanted to teach others to do the same - you wouldn't neglect your home so why would we want to neglect our body; that is the most valuable home we could possibly have!
I'm a strong believer in using exercise to help improve mental health and with my extensive knowledge I support women not just physically, but mentally by changing small things, focusing on mini goals in their daily lifestyle habits.
Being a real foodie, I am hugely passionate about nutrition and will never use the word "diet". I encourage my clients to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle whilst still enjoying the foods they love.
