Small Group PT

Choose the time and the intensity that suits you and join a group no larger than 6 people to EmpowHER each other and achieve your goals together.

Join the Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) program at EmpowHER, our female-only gym, for an empowering 6-week journey designed to transform your fitness and wellness. Choosing three sessions each week from a designated timetable you'll engage in a variety of workouts focusing on strength, metabolic conditioning, core and flexibility, while also benefiting from access to a supportive Facebook group. This program includes home workout options and additional gym routines to keep you motivated, along with habit-setting strategies to foster lasting change. Enjoy nutritional guidance and weekly check-ins to track your progress and celebrate your achievements.

All levels - great for beginners that can start at their own pace, but fantastic for the more experienced trainer who wants to add to their current training regime.

Price:

Members £150 per block

(equivalent to approx. £8 per session)

Non-members £220 per block

(equivalent to approx. £12 per session)
