Apprentice

The role:

• Membership sales and sign ups
• Providing members with advice as well as gym tours and inductions
• Teaching members on both 121 and Small Group coaching sessions
• Assisting with marketing and social campaigns
• Building a strong rapport with members
• Work with members and clients to help them adhere to exercise and physical activity
• Plan and prepare gym based exercise
• Instruct and supervise gym based exercise
• Cleaning gym and equipment, organising and tidying, arranging stock and adhering to health and safety legislation
• PA duties when required

The successful candidate:

• You will be the first face our clients see and therefore need to be polite, sociable and a welcoming figure who is is willing to help when required
• Will be conscientious, outgoing and reliable
• Will portray a positive mindset to our customers at all times
• Will be hard working
• Have exceptional communication skills but be an impeccable listener
• Will be organised and dynamic, motivated and punctual
